He was the only roofing contractor out of 5 that came inside and used a thermal gun to assess the true water damage besides walking the roof. From the start, Avi was honest and thorough. Golden Roofing was not the least expensive nor the most expensive. The bid came in somewhere in the middle, but they guarantee their work. That was a real plus. Once we signed the contract, the work began within a week (we had to work around the rain.) The crew was professional and cleaned up their work area beautifully. The office did a follow-up call to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. I did have them come out once more to repair a tile that was a little off and where the facia board attaches to the roof/chimney. All was fixed wonderfully. Thank you Golden Coast.
